By using AloTelcom, you agree to purchase eSIM data plans for personal travel use. Plans are subject to provider terms and coverage availability.

Privacy Policy

We collect email addresses for order fulfillment and account management. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

• The eSIM was not installed
• The QR code was not used
• The provider confirms the plan was not activated
• A technical issue prevents delivery

No refund if:

• Your phone does not support eSIM
• Your phone is carrier locked
• The eSIM was installed incorrectly
• Data was already consumed
